All orders are processed within 24 hours after purchase, either online or via EFT, once proof of payment (POP) has been received.
Kindly forward the POP to kim@naturalselectiondecor.co.za once the payment has been made.
For local orders, please allow 5 to 7 working days for production and shipping, depending on your order size and payment date. Please note that all courier fees will be at your own expense.
Enjoy free shipping on all local orders over R1500.

As each item is individually crafted, slight imperfections may occur during printing—enhancing the uniqueness of every piece.

Return & Exchange Policy:
•Please note we only accept exchanges and no refunds.
•Exchanges to be made within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
•No exchanges will be accepted on sale
We will gladly accept all items for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused. Natural Selection Decor merchandise purchased at independent stores and/or pop-ups must be returned to the location where it was purchased, without exception. To be eligible for a return, all items must be purchased at full price, in original, unused condition with the swing tag still attached, no defects or stains, no smells, and or any signs that the item has been used in any way. All returns must please be logged via an official email and not via a message on social media platforms.
The customer is responsible for the courier fee on all returns and exchanges.
If you don’t have a courier account, no problem, we will gladly log the collection on your behalf, and you can process payment to us for the delivery on the exchange.
Defective merchandise - all items are personally quality checked before packing & sending, but in the unlikely event of receiving a defective product, please email us right away: info@naturalselectiondecor.co.za
Defective products will be covered by Natural Selection for collection & return courier. Discounted and sale items may not be returned for an exchange under any circumstances.
Please note that Natural Selection will not be held responsible for any losses due to an incorrect delivery address or absence of receipt. Once the parcel has left our premises, we are not responsible for loss or damage.
